Data Deletion Instructions

PrimeCode Systems ("we", "us" or "our") is committed to giving you control over your personal data. This page explains how you can request that we delete data we hold about you, including data collected through this website, our software products, and any WhatsApp Business Platform integrations we build or operate.

Who This Applies To

These instructions apply to you if:

• You submitted an inquiry through our website contact form.
• You hold, or previously held, an account with a software product we operate.
• You exchanged WhatsApp messages with a business that uses a WhatsApp automation platform built by PrimeCode Systems, and you are contacting us directly rather than that business.

If your data was collected by a business that uses our WhatsApp automation platform to run its own customer communications, that business is the primary controller of your data. We recommend contacting that business directly first. If you are unsure who to contact, or the business is unreachable, contact us using the details below and we will assist or route your request appropriately.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, email us at hello@primecodesystems.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your full name and the email address or phone number associated with your data.
• If applicable, the name of the business whose WhatsApp automation or software product you interacted with.
• A brief description of the data you want deleted (e.g. contact form submission, WhatsApp message history, account data).

We use this information only to locate and verify your request, and do not use it for any other purpose.

What Happens Next

• We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days.
• We will verify your identity where necessary to protect against fraudulent deletion requests.
• We will delete or irreversibly anonymize the personal data associated with you from our systems and active backups within 30 days of verifying your request, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (for example, financial or tax records).
• We will send you a confirmation once the deletion has been completed.

WhatsApp Message Data

Where WhatsApp message data is processed through the WhatsApp Business Platform on behalf of a business we work with, that data is also subject to Meta's own data controls. You can independently manage your data shared with Meta through WhatsApp by reviewing Meta's WhatsApp Privacy Policy and in-app data settings, in addition to submitting a request to us or to the relevant business.

Retention After Deletion

Some limited data may be retained after a deletion request where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or accounting obligations. In such cases, retained data is restricted to only what is necessary for that purpose and is not used for any other purpose.
